FAWC: The Urban Champagne & Oyster Festival

The Urban Winery and Te Matuku Oysters have teamed up to present an extraordinary evening of French Champagne and Waiheke Island Oysters.

FAWCers will receive three glasses of grand marque house champagne, followed by a dozen Waiheke oysters.

As the evening progresses, Pizza's and other urban street food will be served while a DJ and live jazz trumpet provide an evening packed of entertainment.

FAWC: Tasty Trivia with The Good Table

Fancy yourself a food and wine buff? Here’s your chance to show your stuff - gather your smartest foodie friends (groups up to 10) and bring your love and knowledge of food and wine to The Urban Winery for a night of epic trivia.

Hosted by Tony Bish, the quiz will include four rounds of ten questions. Each round will include one wine/beer tasting question and one food tasting question. Tuck into nibbles on arrival and graze at your table so you’re fuelled up for the battle of the brains.

Will your team be crowned Hawke’s Bay Top Foodie? There’s only one way to find out.

FAWC: From Ocean to Farm Gate

The collaboration that dreams are made of is coming to Summer F.A.W.C! King Salmon, Patangata Station, Waipawa Butchery, guest Chef Rex Morgan from Wellington's Boulcott Street Bistro, and Tony Bish Wines are teaming up to bring you a succession of gourmet treats.

Kick the evening off with a glass of bubbles or craft beer and follow it up with six small plates of the freshest produce from the ocean and the paddock. Each extraordinary course will be matched with Tony Bish’s renowned Chardonnay’s.

Saturday Night Music Sessions with Annabelle and Ash

This week we have a very special live music session!

Annabelle & Ash, an acoustic music duo with a country-folk twist, are regular weekend performers around the bay. Ash, originally from Wellington & Annabelle from Gisborne, became an item while travelling worldwide as Cruise Ship musicians. Now settled in the bay, Annabelle & Ash play their own original music, and have over 400 cover songs of all styles, making each one their own.

They will be performing from 7.30pm onwards!

$10 at the door, proceeds to go to the band!
